Pictures from the Antarctic

Ever want some really, really nice pictures of the Antarctic for your computer wallpaper or other project? Have a look over at the Australian Antarctic Division. Among the expected pictures of penguins and seals are some absolutely gorgeous pictures of Icescapes.
The Jade icebergs are particularly beautiful and interesting. Right now there is an email making the rounds showing incredible striped icebergs. These striped icebergs are usually caused by algae growth freezing onto the iceberg.
